Step 1: Complete International Student Questionnaire

After you have submitted your second deposit to Graduate Admissions, complete theĀ International Student Questionnaire.

2: Prepare Supporting Documents

Review and prepare the supporting documents.

3: Upload your Supporting Documents

You will receive a document portal activation email at your Georgetown email address within 3 business days of submitting the International Student Questionnaire. Upload your supporting documents to your document portal account.

If you are unable to access your portal account after your second tuition deposit has been processed, please contact your student advisor.

4: Request Form I-20 or DS-2019 Shipment

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program is permitting scanned copies of the I-20 to be emailed to students. The original I-20 will be available for you to pick up when you arrive on campus. If you would like to receive the original I-20 by mail, order instructions will be included in your I-20 confirmation email. DS-2019s must still be shipped and order instructions will be included in your DS-2019 confirmation email.

5: Pay the SEVIS fee and apply for your visa
