On November 19, the UNCITRAL Secretariat invited CAROLA to present our newly released policy brief “New Directions in International Law: Alternatives for Improvement” which seeks to provide policymakers with a set of international investment reform options and to highlight mechanisms with which they may implement them. The event was held as part of the forty-first session of the UNCITRAL Working Group III held from 15 to 19 November 2021.
