Accreditation has been or will be requested for the Advanced eDiscovery Institute from states with mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements for 9.75 CLE credits, based on a 60-minute hour, including 1.0 ethics credits, and 11.7 CLE credits, based on a 50-minute hour, including 1.2 ethics credits.
Georgetown University Law Center is an accredited CLE provider in most MCLE states. Georgetown Law CLE is a State Bar of California–approved MCLE provider. Some states require nominal accreditation fees. You will be asked to submit payment at the program's conclusion. Please note that this program is eligible for only Nontransitional CLE credit in New York. This program is not eligible for Transitional credit. Georgetown may work with attorneys from a small number of to assist them in applications for credit to their state bar associations on their own.
MCLE state credit rules vary for online CLE. Please check your the approvals listed online at https://georgetown.inreachce.com and your state bar association's requirements for online CLE to ensure that the program meets the requirements of your jurisdiction. We will apply upon request for online CLE accreditation in some states; alternatively, many states allow attorneys to apply for credit on their own.
