McGill v. City of New York

ICAP represents plaintiffs who, while peacefully protesting the murder of George Floyd in City Hall Park, had their First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights violated when New York City officials removed and destroyed their personal belongings.

ICAP has partnered with the Georgetown University Law Center Civil Rights Clinic to represent Plaintiffs in this case.
