Application Process
Applications for Summer 2025 are now open!
To apply for Summer 2025 housing at Georgetown Law, please complete the Summer Housing Application, payment for your whole stay will be due in full prior to reserving a room. Georgetown Law students can log in with their NetID while non-Georgetown summer interns can create an account using the “Register” link on the housing portal landing page.
If you are completing an internship in DC enter the Group Code “gewirz” to access the application. If you are applying as a part of a conference you will receive the group code from your advisor.
As you complete your application, please be sure to include your address, phone number, and e-mail address for questions concerning your application. All information will be sent to that e-mail address. We cannot accept applications by friends, family members, or other third parties. All prospective residents must complete their own applications and the associated agreements.
We will e-mail you when your application and specific apartment booking are processed. If you do not receive an e-mail from us within a week, you may call 202-662-9290 to confirm the receipt of your application.
Please indicate your exact arrival and departure dates. Under no circumstances can the Office of Residence Life extend housing before or after the designated summer housing dates of May 30, 2025 to August 2, 2025. All dates will be final. There are no refunds for early departure. All rental rates listed are per person, tax included.
We will not respond to incomplete applications.
The Office of Residence Life will fill rooms on a first come-first served basis and cannot hold spaces for requested roommates who have not yet applied.
Payment will be due in full in order to book a room. Refunds for the room are available up to 2 weeks prior to your move in. A 4-week minimum stay is required.
If housing is not available at Georgetown University Law Center when you send in your housing agreement, you will be placed on a wait list. Every effort will be made to coordinate your summer housing needs.
