In response to the ongoing public health situation, Summer 2021 housing will be limited to Georgetown-affiliated individuals. Georgetown-affiliated individuals should email us at LawHousing@Georgetown.edu. We look forward to welcoming non-Georgetown interns back to our campus next summer!
To apply for summer 2020 housing at Georgetown Law, please submit this online form and your $60 application fee. If the form is received and the application payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated confirmation email and a manual placement confirmation within five business days.
As you complete your application, please be sure to include both your current and permanent address, as well as a phone number and e-mail address for questions concerning your application. All information will be sent to your e-mail address. We cannot accept applications by friends, family members, or other third parties. All prospective residents must complete their own applications and the associated agreements.
We will e-mail you within five business days of receiving your application to confirm receipt. If you do not receive an e-mail from us, then you may call 202-662-9290 to confirm the receipt of your application.
Please indicate your exact arrival and departure dates. Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday- we do not prorate by day. All dates will be final. There are no refunds for early departure. Please note: All rental rates listed are per person, tax included.
Please rank available apartment styles in order of preference. If your first choice is unavailable, the next available apartment will be assigned. Under no circumstances can the Office of Residence Life extend housing before or after the designated summer housing dates.
Please note there is a $60.00 non-refundable application fee payable via credit card or Paypal with your occupancy agreement. We will not respond to incomplete applications. Rent payment information will be included in the assignment confirmation email.
The Office of Residence Life will fill rooms on a first come-first served basis and cannot hold spaces for requested roommates. We will, however, consider roommate requests as applications arrive and we would be happy to place mutually-requested applicants who apply at the same time.
If housing is not available at Georgetown University Law Center when you send in your housing agreement, you will be placed on a wait list. Every effort will be made to coordinate your summer housing needs.
