TIP Employer Registration
To interview at TIP or collect resumes via TIP, Employers must complete the following steps:
- Register through TIP Symplicity, our online registration and interview scheduling system. For detailed instructions on creating an account and scheduling interviews or a resume collect, please see our TIP-Symplicity Instructions for Employers.
- Complete payment of TIP interview schedule fees. Payment can be completed via PayPal or wire transfer only by January 21, 2022.

Register via TIP Symplicity
Employers must register online to interview at TIP or to simply collect resumes from participating students. The TIP online registration and interview scheduling system (TIP Symplicity), will open for employer registration on Monday, October 18, 2021. This automated online system allows employers to specify precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, manage their schedule formats with ease, and register for interviews for multiple offices.
If you do not already have an e-mail account registered in TIP Symplicity, simply go to the “Create Account” tab at the top or the right of the login page and complete the information requested. Once you are logged in to TIP Symplicity, follow the Quick Link to “Submit Schedule Request” (for interview schedules and resume collections) and complete the online form. If you are asking students to submit cover letters, please provide the name and mailing address to whom cover letters should be addressed. Interview Schedule Fees
Upon registering for a resume collection or interview schedule in TIP Symplicity, employers will receive an invoice for participation in the Taxation Interview Program along with payment options. Payment can be completed via PayPal or wire transfer only by January 21, 2022. If these methods do not work for you, please email email@example.com to make other payment arrangements.
The fees for participation are as follows:
- For private entities (initial interview schedule): $450
- For government agencies and non-profit organizations (initial interview schedule): $350
- Additional Interview Schedules: $350
- Resume Collections: $300
