To interview at TIP or collect resumes via TIP, Employers must complete the following steps:

  1. Register through TIP Symplicity, our online registration and interview scheduling system. For detailed instructions on creating an account and scheduling interviews or a resume collect, please see our TIP-Symplicity Instructions for Employers
  2. Complete payment of TIP interview schedule fees.

Employer registration opens Monday, October 23, 2023 (12:00 p.m. EST)
Deadline for employer registration (NOTE:  Students may preview registered employers beginning on January 8 Friday, January 12, 2024 (12:00 p.m. EST)
Employer registration fees due; employer registration fees become non-refundable (10% late penalty will be added after this date) Friday, January 26, 2024 (12:00 p.m. EST)
Employers conducting interviews on February 23 through TIP or participating under the resume collection option for TIP may begin viewing student resumes Monday, January 29, 2024 (5:00 p.m. EST)
Deadline for employers to submit primary and alternate candidate interview selections Thursday, February 8, 2024 (12:00 p.m. EST)
Employers may view final interview schedules Friday, February 16, 2024 (6:00 p.m. EST)

Register via TIP Symplicity 

Employers must register online to interview at TIP or to collect resumes from participating students. The TIP online registration and interview scheduling system (TIP Symplicity), will open for employer registration on Monday, October 23, 2023. This automated online system allows employers to specify precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, manage their schedule formats with ease, and register for interviews for multiple offices.

If you do not already have an e-mail account registered in TIP Symplicity, simply go to the “Create Account” tab at the top or the right of the login page and complete the information requested. Once you are logged in to TIP Symplicity, follow the Quick Link to “Submit Schedule Request” (for interview schedules and resume collections) and complete the online form. If you are asking students to submit cover letters, please provide the name and mailing address to whom cover letters should be addressed. For detailed step-by-step instructions on creating an account and scheduling interviews or a resume collect, please see our TIP-Symplicity Instructions for Employers.

Interview Schedule Fees 

Upon registering for a resume collection or interview schedule in TIP Symplicity, employers will receive an invoice for participation in the Taxation Interview Program along with payment options. Payment can be completed via PayPal or wire transfer by January 26, 2024 (10% late penalty will be added after this date). If these methods do not work for you, please email to make other payment arrangements.

The fees for participation are as follows:

  • For private entities (initial interview schedule): $450
  • For government agencies and non-profit organizations (initial interview schedule): $350
  • Additional Interview Schedules: $350
  • Resume Collections: $300
