Body
The overall health benefits of regular exercise are well established, but regular exercise also improves thinking, memory skills and sleep, relieves stress, and increases a sense of well-being.
Sport & Fitness Center
One of Georgetown Law’s best resources for maintaining your health is located on the south side of campus. The Ginsburg Sport & Fitness Center, open seven days a week, is free for all degree program and visiting students. The Center has a lap pool, basketball and racquetball courts, a full array of cardio and strength training equipment and much more.
