Hot Job for 1Ls and 2Ls: Paid Summer Internship with BET!
BET Network’s Business & Legal Affairs Department is seeking qualified candidates for its 2013 Summer Internship Program. Selected intern(s) will be exposed to a variety of legal issues faced in the entertainment industry, including copyright issues, general business transactions, First Amendment issues, and other issues related to the production of television programs. The intern(s) must be able to work a minimum of three days a week for at least five hours per day. Summer internships are paid or, alternatively, BET can assist selected interns in receiving academic credit.
Applicants who have taken coursework in the field of entertainment law or have taken such courses as Contracts, Administrative Law, Copyright, Trademark, Intellectual Property, and Employment are preferred.
