Spring 2013 Internship Opportunity - Large Law Firm in Paris, France

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is accepting applications for internships of 3-6 months, from February through May 2013, in their Paris office. The application deadline is Thursday, October 25th.

DC Bar Event – “Careers in International Law” – July 11th at 5pm

The International Law Section of the DC Bar invites current and prospective members, law students and associates, and others interested in developing or advancing a career in international law for a lively discussion of “hot” career areas in private sector, government, and public interest settings. Prominent attorneys with diverse experience themselves will discuss their paths to their current positions and offer tips for breaking into their practice areas, including international finance and financial regulation, trade policy and practice, global communications, international intellectual property, and international human rights. Light refreshments will be provided at the beginning of the program.

The program will be held at Arnold & Porter LLP (555 12th Street, NW) on Wednesday, July 11^th from 5pm-7pm. The cost is $10 for law students. For more information, please click here.
