Spring Internship for Federal Judge (GULC ‘74) in Baltimore, MD

Judge Ellen Hollander (GULC '74) of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (Baltimore, MD) is currently looking for a spring semester intern.  Applicants should be a 2L or 3L, be willing to work a minimum of 2 days per week, and preferably have journal experience.  Interested students should send a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and transcript to Jess Krohn at jess_krohn@mdd.uscourts.gov.  For more information, please see Symplicity posting #23562.

Spring Judical Internship with Judge Ricardo Urbina, US District Court

Judge Ricardo M. Urbina, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, is currently hiring judicial interns.  A judicial interns primary responsibility is to work with a law clerk to prepare drafts of proposed memorandum opinions and to prepare draft bench memoranda.  Interns also assist the law clerks with some administrative duties.  Interested candidates should have strong writing and research skills.  This is an unpaid position.

Internship applicants must have completed one year of law school.  Judge Urbina hires interns for the fall, spring and summer terms. Interns are hired to work no less than 16 hours/week during academic semesters and 40 hours/week during the summer.
