Summer Patent Seminar at BSKB - Scholarships Available

Birch Stewart Kolasch & Birch (BSKB), an internationally recognized IP boutique law firm, is offering several full scholarships to their 2013 Summer Patent Seminar.

This intensive three and a half week seminar covers all major areas of U.S. patent law, including an overview of the U.S. patent system, various patent prosecution topics and more complex subjects such as patent infringement litigation.

Reminder - Upcoming ABA Forum on Franchising Event

The ABA Forum on Franchising would like to invite 2Ls and 3Ls interested in practicing franchise and distribution law to attend a networking happy hour on Wednesday, February 27 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  The event will take place at The Laughing Man Tavern at 1306 G Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the downstairs function room.  This event will give future lawyers an opportunity to socialize with young franchise attorneys from the DC area and learn more about the practice of franchise and distribution law in an informal setting.  If you have any questions regarding the event, please e-mail forumonfranchisingevent@gmail.com.  We look forward to seeing you Wednesday!
