IFLR 1000 - The Guide to the World’s Leading Financial Law Firms

OCS just received a copy of the 2010 edition of the IFLR 1000 – The Guide to the World’s Leading Financial Law Firms. This guide includes rankings and analysis of leading international law firms in the corporate finance arena. The rankings are based on the recommendations of in-house counsel at prominent financial institutions, as well as leading lawyers, attorneys and solicitors in the various geographic markets. Please stop by OCS during business hours to review the IFLR 1000.

You can also check out their website at http://www.iflr1000.com/. The website allows you to search for firms by region and country, and is a great resource for anyone interested in working abroad in the private sector.

Many firms and organizations are quickly turning to videoconferencing as a more cost effective and convenient interviewing strategy, rather then visiting law schools individually. Georgetown University Law Center has the capability to administer video conferencing if needed.
