Initial Application Deadline for Equal Justice Foundation (EJF) Guaranteed Summer Funding - 2/28

EJF 2011 summer funding is available to JD students engaging in unpaid law-related work for a public interest organization or governmental entity (including judicial internships). EJF fellowships are guaranteed at $3,250 for 6 week, full-time internships.
ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must be JD students with a current status of 1L, 1E, 2E, 2L, or 3E, or joint or concurrent degree candidates graduating no sooner than December 2011. Projects must involve law-related work for a public interest organization or governmental entity.
All students considering public interest opportunities for the summer must submit the initial online application by THIS Monday, February 28, at 6:00 pm. This is a mandatory deadline, but a confirmed offer of employment is NOT required by this date.
All EJF applicants MUST attend a MANDATORY EJF Information Session, on either Wednesday, March 2 at 3:30 pm in McDonough 205 or Monday, March 21 at 4:45 pm in McDonough 202.
