The Women’s Bar Association (WBA) is seeking law student volunteers for their annual dinner on May 26th at the National Building Museum. Volunteers can attend for free – this is a great networking opportunity! Interested students should contact Kim Anderson at email@example.com.
Founded in 1917, the WBA is one of the oldest voluntary bar associations in the United States dedicated to the advancement of women in the law. Their Annual Dinner helps support the ongoing efforts of the WBA to maintain the honor and integrity of the legal profession, to promote the administration of justice, and to advance and protect the interests of women lawyers. Proceeds from the Annual Dinner also help support the WBA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) educational and charitable organization that seeks to improve the lives and futures of women and children, and to address legal issues of particular concern to women.
