Mr. Bickford is an attorney with the Department of Justice, where he defends the federal government's authority in cases challenging the constitutionality of statutes and the validity of regulations, as well as other executive actions. He has worked in private practice, with a focus on administrative law, and in a university general counsel's office. He has also served as a law clerk for several federal judges. Before law school, Mr. Bickford worked in public policy and studied English literature.
