Brian Johnson (L'20)

CPT Brian A. Johnson is an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. He currently serves as the Circuit Special Trial Counsel for the Office of Special Trial Counsel (OSTC) 3d Circuit. While stationed at Fort Campbell, he also supports Fort Benning, Fort Knox, Fort Polk, Fort Rucker, and Redstone Arsenal. In this role he advises federal law enforcement and prosecutes soldiers accused of certain covered offenses, to include murder, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, and offenses against children. Previously, he served as a Defense Counsel in Kaiserslautern, Germany and a Military Justice Advisor and Administrative Law Attorney with the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood. While at Georgetown Law, Brian was a Global Law Scholars Fellow, competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
