Elias Neibart is currently a law clerk. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2025, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. His research focuses on the federal courts, constituional law, and theories of constitutional and statutory interpretation. His scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in the George Mason Law Review, Baylor Law Review, Marquette Law Review, Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy, and Vanderbilt Law Review En Banc, among others. Prior to law school, Elias received a MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge as a Charles E. Shepard Scholar.
