
Tyler A. Dobbs is an associate at Consovoy McCarthy, where he has litigated constitutional cases atevery level of the federal system. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He then clerked for Judge James C. Ho on the Fifth Circuit and for Judge Thomas M. Hardiman on the Third Circuit. He has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a master’s degree from Merton College, Oxford. His articles have appeared or will appear in the Virginia Law Review and the Notre Dame Law Review.
