Brief Bio

Roger Boada Queralt is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Barcelona. He was previously Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at ESADE Law School and holds both a PhD in Law and a Bachelor of Laws from ESADE Law School, as well as a Master of Laws from Duke University. His present research focuses on Constitutional Theory, particularly on the limits on State power in the School of Salamanca. He is currently completing a book manuscript entitled “Limits on State Power in the Thought of Francisco de Vitoria and Francisco Suárez.”
