Experience our Program

The Center’s small size and multicultural orientation enable students to learn in a uniquely active and participatory way.

The CTLS curriculum is a unique mix of required and elective courses in the areas of international, transnational and comparative law.

While elective course offerings vary from year to year, the curriculum includes an array of courses focusing on public and private international law, as well as co-taught courses that provide a comparative perspective on various aspects of law. The semester abroad program offered by CTLS is approved by the ABA.

Student Life

In addition to their courses, our students have the opportunity to take part in a variety of extra-curricular activities such as career talks, legal field trips to courts, government agencies or other legal offices relevant to their studies, socials and movie screenings. Students can also run for election to the CTLS Student Association, or apply to be part of the CTLS team for an international moot court competition.

In the Heart of Legal London

In 2018, CTLS moved its operations to newly renovated and centrally located space in Bush House, on the campus of King’s College London, in the heart of London’s legal quarter. Bush House offers faculty and students a modern classroom and study space within a vibrant academic environment, including access to the King’s College Law Library, sports facilities, and Students’ Union.
