Brief Bio

Professor Mezey received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Stanford Law Review.  She also has a masters degree in American Studies from the University of Minnesota.  Professor Mezey served as law clerk for Judge Marilyn Hall Patel of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  She worked as a Legislative Aide to former Senator Alan Cranston.  Her teaching fields include Legislation, Civil Procedure, Jurisprudence and Law and Culture.
