The Georgetown Law Supreme Court Institute Guide to October Term 2023
October 18, 2023
In addition to hosting moot courts in which advocates preparing to argue Supreme Court cases can try out their presentations before a panel of constitutional law experts, every fall the Georgetown Law Supreme Court Institute organizes two preview panels – one for journalists and one for students – and publishes a guide summarizing the cases scheduled to be heard in the new term.
