On-Camera Interviews (OCI)

Hosted virtually on May 14, 15, and 16

Georgetown’s OCI will continue to be a hybrid program, 45% lottery and 55% preselect.  All interviews will be conducted virtually via Flo Recruit.  Dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will prioritize equitable distribution of employers across all three of our interview days.  We will try our best to accommodate your preferences.

OCI fees:  $899 for the first schedule; $499 for any additional schedule(s).  Invoices will be emailed separately.  All payments must be made by credit card/PayPal or wire transfer.  If we do not receive your payment by the due date you will not be able to view your OCI student resume packet until payment is made.

OCI Dates/Deadlines:

• Employer Registration: January 31-March 12
• Student Bidding Period: March 14- April 3
• Employer Pre-Selects Due: April 21 at 3pm

Diversity Application Program (DAP)

This program provides employers the opportunity to receive applications from Georgetown students whose lived experience enables them to make a meaningful contribution to the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts of participating firms.  Firms may request applicants to submit a cover letter or short statement of interest in addition to a resume and transcript.  Please register via Symplicity.

• Student Bidding Period: May 28 – June 13
• Employer Receive Resumes: Friday, June 13 after 3pm ET

Resume Collections

We understand that, in this dynamic market, some employers may not be ready to evaluate candidates with only one semester of grades or others may need to solicit applications from students with specific interests as their summer class begins to take shape.  Our goal is to facilitate connecting employers with our students at a time that works best for them, so we will host resume collects each month throughout the summer.  Please register via Symplicity.

June Resume Collect:

• Registration Deadline: May 21
• Student Bidding Period: May 28 – June 13
• Employers Receive Resumes: Friday, June 13 after 3pm ET

July Resume Collect:

• Registration Deadline: June 20
• Student Bidding Period: June 25 – July 11
• Employers Receive Resumes: Friday, July 11 after 3pm ET

August Resume Collect:

• Registration Deadline: July 16
• Student Bidding Period: July 23 – August 8
• Employers Receive Resumes: Friday, August 8 after 3pm ET
