Summer Application Programs

Early Application Program (EAP) 1 & 2

EAP is a program available to all of our OCI registrants.  Only those firms that register for OCI will be eligible to participate in the Early Application Programs; firms that do not register for OCI, but wish to receive resumes from Georgetown students, will be encouraged to post a job listing in Symplicity.

Registration will open via Symplicity on March 20, 2024.

1. Please click on OCI (found in left hand navigation toolbar)
2. Please click on Request Schedule.  Please note, you will be asked to complete the Summer and OCI Feedback Surveys if you haven’t done so already.
3. Complete form making sure to select the correct session from the Sessions drop down menu (2024 Early Application Program (EAP) 1 and/or 2024 Early Application Program (EAP) 2).

EAP 1 Important Dates/Deadlines:

For New York and Washington, DC offices.  Students may use up to 10 bids.

Employer Registration:	March 20 – May 21
Student Bidding Period:	May 22 – June 14
Student Resumes Available:	June 14 @ 3pm
Employer Deadline to Contact Students for EAP 1 Interviews:	June 21
Employer Deadline to Make Offers:	July 24

*Offers made through EAP 1 need NOT be held open through all of our recruiting programs (though we ask that employers hold the offers open for a minimum of two weeks).

EAP 2 Important Dates/Deadlines:

Primarily for offices located outside of New York and Washington, DC.  Students may use up to 10 bids.

Employer Registration:	March 20 – May 21
Student Bidding Period:	May 22 – June 28
Student Resumes Available:	June 28 @ 3pm EDT
Employer Deadline to Contact Students for EAP 2 Interviews:	July 5
Employer Deadline to Make Offers:	July 24

*Offers made through EAP 2 need NOT be held open through all of our recruitment programs (though we ask that employers hold the offers open for a minimum of two weeks).

EAP Fees:

$399 per participating firm (not per registration).  Invoices will be sent out in April.  All payments must be made by credit card/PayPal or wire transfer.  If we do not receive your payment on time, you will not be able to view your EAP schedule until payment is made.

On-Camera Interviews (OCI)

Important Dates/Deadlines:

Employer Registration	March 20 – May 21, 2024
Student Bidding Period	May 22 – July 10 at 3pm EDT
Employer Pre-Select Period	July 10 at 3pm EDT – July 16

Registration will open via Symplicity on March 20, 2024.

3. Complete form making sure to select the correct session from the Sessions drop down menu (2024 OCI)

Dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and, we will be prioritizing equitable distribution of employers across our interview days.  We will try our best to accommodate your requests. 

*As mentioned above OCI will be conducted virtually.  More information about Flo Recruit and ‘day of logistics’ will be available in the coming months.*

OCI fees: 

$699 for the first schedule; $399 for any additional schedule(s).

Invoices will be sent out in April.  All payments must be made by credit card/PayPal or wire transfer.  If we do not receive your payment on time, you will not be able to view your OCI schedule until payment is made.  

Cancellation Policy:  If your firm needs to cancel one or more of its interview schedules, if you do so by June 30, you will receive 50% of the cost of the schedule you are cancelling; after July 1, we are unable to offer refunds.

Diversity Application Program

A resume collect program that is open to all students and is not restricted on the basis of a protected class.  Rather this is an opportunity for those students who’ve demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to connect with firms that prioritize that same commitment..
