U.S. Educated Lawyers
U.S. trained candidates for the LL.M. Degree Programs must be graduates of a law school approved by the American Bar Association. All U.S. educated applicants to the Taxation LL.M. must have completed a basic Federal Income Taxation course during their J.D. program. Applicants to the Securities & Financial Regulation LL.M. are expected to have taken a basic course in Securities Regulation during the J.D. program; post-J.D. work experience is valuable, but not required for admission.
