- Open your document.
- Select the name and address of the recipient.
- Click on the word Tools in the Menu bar.
- Hold your cursor over the option Letters and Mailings.
- Select the option Envelopes and Labels.
- The Envelopes and Labels dialog will appear.
- Go to the Envelopes tab.

- The recipient's address will automatically appear in the Delivery
Address field.
- You can type your address in the Return Address field.
- Note that the Feed field shows how to insert the envelope
so that it will print correctly.
- Click on the Print button.
- The envelope will print.
