Addressing Envelopes

  1. Open your document.
  2. Select the name and address of the recipient.
  3. Click on the word Tools in the Menu bar.
  4. Hold your cursor over the option Letters and Mailings.
  5. Select the option Envelopes and Labels.
  6. The Envelopes and Labels dialog will appear.
  7. Go to the Envelopes tab.

  8. The recipient's address will automatically appear in the Delivery Address field.
  9. You can type your address in the Return Address field.
  10. Note that the Feed field shows how to insert the envelope so that it will print correctly.
  11. Click on the Print button.
  12. The envelope will print.
