- Open your document.
- Select the name and address of the recipient.
- Click on the word Tools in the Menu bar.
- Hold your cursor over the option Letters and Mailings.
- Select the option Envelopes and Labels.
- The Envelopes and Labels dialog will appear.
- Go to the Labels tab.

- The recipient's address will automatically appear in the Address
field.
- In the Print section, you can determine whether you want
a full page of the same label or a single label. If you decide to go with
the single label, you can determine the row and column where the particular
label is to print
- Click on the Print button.
- The label(s) will be printed!
