Creating a Single Label

  1. Open your document.
  2. Select the name and address of the recipient.
  3. Click on the word Tools in the Menu bar.
  4. Hold your cursor over the option Letters and Mailings.
  5. Select the option Envelopes and Labels.
  6. The Envelopes and Labels dialog will appear.
  7. Go to the Labels tab.

  8. The recipient's address will automatically appear in the Address field.
  9. In the Print section, you can determine whether you want a full page of the same label or a single label. If you decide to go with the single label, you can determine the row and column where the particular label is to print
  10. Click on the Print button.
  11. The label(s) will be printed!
