Inserting & Deleting Columns and Rows

You are never bound by the original number or rows and columns with which you created your table. You can always add or subtract columns and rows.
  1. To quickly add a row to the bottom of a table, click in the last cell and press the TAB key.
  2. To add cells, rows, or columns, select the same number of cells, rows, or columns as the number of cells, rows or columns you want to insert. Click on the word Table in the menu bar. Hold your cursor over the Insert option, and make your selection.
  3. To delete cells, rows, or columns, select the cells, rows, or columns you want to delete. Click on the word Table in the menu bar. Hold your cursor over the Delete option, and make your selection.
