Use Nested Tables to Align Text Within Cells

To help with formatting, you can nest one table inside another. To create a nested
table, follow the instructions below.
- Click once in the cell in which you want to add the nested table.
- Click on the Insert Table icon in the Standard toolbar.
- A grid will appear.
- Highlight the number of columns and rows you want in your nested table.
- The new table will be inserted into the selected cell.

IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE BORDERS OF THE NESTED TABLE, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
LISTED BELOW.
- Select the table.
- Click on the arrow to the right of the Outside Border
icon in the Formatting toolbar.
- Choose No Border.

- The table borders will be removed.
- Your nested table will have no borders.
Note: Although you will see a faint highlight of the borders
after you have removed them, the printed product will have no borders, nor will
the Print Preview view.
