BREAKING NEWS 11/23/2022:
The federal loan repayment pause has been extended once again. Repayments will start 60 days after the pending lawsuits regarding the Biden Administration's loan cancellation plan are resolved. If there is no resolution by June 30, 2023, loans will enter repayment 60 days after that date. Further updates will be provided as they develop. LRAP applications for NEW participants will continue to be open during our May 1st and November 1st deadlines, so you may enter within the two-year window. RENEWAL applicants in IDR, please do not complete any of the following applications: Income-Driven Repayment or Georgetown Law LRAP application. We will provide updates next year when we have more guidance from the Department of Education.
