Rachel Decker is the Associate Director for Resource Management & Technology at the Georgetown Law Library. Prior to joining Georgetown, Rachel was the Interim Library Director at the Hugh & Hazel Darling Law Library at Chapman University. Previously, she worked at the UCLA Law Library and as an intern in the technology and special collection departments of the U.S. Supreme Court Library. Her background is in collections, acquisitions, cataloging, metadata, and systems/technology.
Rachel earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She holds an M.L.I.S. degree with a specialization in informatics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and adjunct faculty at the University of Washington School of Information.
