The LL.M. Post-Graduate Public Interest Fellowship Program (Fellowship Program) is designed to provide opportunities and offer support to Georgetown Law LL.M. students who are interested in gaining experience post-graduation with a public service, public interest, or international organization.
The Fellowship Program is comprised of two parts:
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) Fellowship – LL.M. students apply to openings at the IFC for a summer or fall internship position lasting 10-12 weeks.
The General Fellowship – LL.M. students secure their own 10-12 week, full-time, summer or fall internship position with a public service, public interest, or international organization located anywhere in the world
"The internship was a very valuable experience. It was also a great opportunity to get familiarized with UN institutions and experience an international city like Geneva. The fellowship was immensely helpful for me to cover my expenses in an expensive city like Geneva given that the internship was an unpaid position. It is a great opportunity to pursue one's goal without having to worry about finances immediately after the LL.M."
