Applying Regular Action
The Regular Action deadline for foreign-trained attorneys is February 15, 2013. Applications that are completed with all supporting materials by this date will receive a decision by March 31, 2013. The Regular Action deadline for U.S.-trained attorneys is March 1, 2013 (extended to March 5, 2013 due to issues with LSAC.org). Applications that are completed with all supporting materials by this date will receive a decision by April 30, 2013.
Late applications may be submitted after deadline dates, but will be considered on a space-available basis only, and an additional application fee will apply.
Please note that the Committee cannot begin reviewing an application until all required supporting materials have been received. Please use the online status check to determine whether all required materials have been received.
