Adding a Picture to a Slide

- Insert a new slide into your presentation.
- Using the Task Pane, select the Title Only or Blank
slide layout.
- Type the title in the Click To Add Title area.
- Click once in the blank portion of the slide.
- Click on the word Insert in the menu bar.
- Hold your cursor over the option Picture.
- Select the option From File.
- The Insert Picture dialog will appear.

- Navigate to the folder that contains the picture you wish to insert.
- Select the picture.
- Click on the Insert button.
- The picture will appear in the slide.
- You can size the picture using the handles that appear around it.
Note: If you want to resize the picture, make sure that you
use the corner "handles" to ensure proportional resizing, otherwise you risk
distorting the picture.
