Applying a Design to a Presentation

Microsoft PowerPoint provides design templates that you can apply to your presentation to give it a more cohesive, professional look. Using the Slide Design Task Pane, you can preview and apply a design template to your presentation.
  1. Open your presentation.
  2. Click on the dropdown arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the Task Pane.
  3. Select the option Slide Design.
  4. A list of various design templates will appear in the Task Pane.

  5. Using the scroll bar, find the desired template and click on it.
  6. Check each slide to make sure that your text and images are sized correctly, adjusting them as necessary
  7. Save your changes.
