The Grayscale print option optimizes the look of color slides for printing on a black and white printer by adding shading. The Pure Black and White option prints your slides in monochrome.

1. Open the presentation you want to print.
2. Click on the word File in the Menu Bar.
3. Select the option Print.
4. The Print dialog will appear.

   

5. In the Color/Grayscale section, choose the Grayscale option to print in black, white, and shades of gray.
6. Choose the Pure Black and White option to print in black and white only.
7. Click on the OK button.
