While Law Center phone sets might have AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, or another manufacturer's name stamped upon them, all use Avaya software. Each Law Center phone has an identifying Avaya model number that is located on the face of the phone set, either in the upper right hand corner of the phone set or under the handset. Each different model has different features.

Avaya has provided the Law Center with four user guides, one for each of the four different Avaya phone models that we use here. To learn more about your phone, identify your model number and click on the appropriate link below.
