Changing Your Voicemail Greeting
  1. Select a line.
  2. Dial extension 6500.
  3. The voice prompt will ask you to enter your security code.
  4. Enter your security code.
  5. Dial 4.
  6. Dial 6.
  7. Record your greeting, followed by the pound sign (#).
  8. To listen to your new greeting, dial 5.
  9. After changing your greeting, dial 9 twice to exit your voice mailbox.
