Changing Your Name Announcement
  1. Select a line.
  2. Dial extension 6500.
  3. The voice prompt will ask you to enter your security code.
  4. Enter your security code.
  5. Dial 16.
  6. Dial 8.
  7. Record your name, followed by the pound sign (#).
  8. Dial 9 twice to exit your voice mailbox.
