Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Software ruler

Malware, a portmanteau from the words malicious and software, is software designed to infiltrate and/or damage a computer system. Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, most rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware and other malicious and unwanted software.

Windows Defender is now an integral part of Vista's security settings. It works very well in blocking most malware. However, when a particularly stubborn piece of malware has infiltrated your computer's defenses, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software can help remove it.
