CREATING SUBFOLDERS
- Right-click on the Inbox folder.
- A submenu will appear.
- Choose the option New Folder.
- The Create New Folder dialog will appear.

- Enter a name for the folder in the Name field.
- Click the OK button.
- The new folder will appear in the Folder List, ready for
use.
MOVING EMAILS INTO SUBFOLDERS
- Drag the email from the Inbox to the desired subfolder.
- The email will be moved instantaneously.
- To check that your email has been moved, open the subfolder. Your email
should be visible within that folder.
Note: Use the Shift-Click method to select
more than one email. To do so, click on the first email, press down and hold
down the Shift key on your keyboard, and then click on the
last email. All email items in between will be selected.
RENAMING SUBFOLDERS
- Right-click on the subfolder.
- A submenu will appear.
- Choose the option Rename.
- The subfolder will be highlighted.
- Type the new subfolder name right within the highlighted area.

- Press the Enter key on the keyboard.
- The subfolder will be renamed.
DELETING SUBFOLDERS
- Click once on the subfolder you want to delete.
- Press the Delete key.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.

- Click on the Yes button.
- The subfolder will be deleted.
Note: When you delete a folder, you delete all emails within
it. So, if you want to save any of those emails, move them before deleting the
folder.
