Georgetown Law will open at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, with liberal leave in effect. The Law Library will open at its regular hour. All in-class exams scheduled to begin at 9:00 am will begin at 1:30 pm.

- The design review process for new construction is not a contested case matter under D.C. Code, Sec. 1-1502(8). See
Dupont CircleCitizens Association v. Barry, 455 A.2d 417 (D.C. 1983). Consequently, the Petitioner is “without standing to compel the Mayor’s Agent to convene an administrative hearing under the facts and status of this case.”
- Under D.C. Code, Sec. 5-1007(e), a public hearing is required only when requested by the applicant. Without such a request, the necessity of a public hearing is within the discretion of the Mayor’s Agent.
