Office of the Vice Dean
The Vice Dean functions as the Georgetown University Law Center provost and is responsible for the day-to-day academic operations of the Law Center. The Office of the Vice Dean is the primary locus of decision-making for the Law Center’s academic affairs.
The Associate Deans for Academic Affairs, Centers and Institutes, Clinics and Experiential Learning, Graduate and International Programs, and Research and Academic Programs all report directly to the Vice Dean, as does the Chief Data Officer.
The Office of the Vice Dean oversees all academic units at the Law Center. These include the Office of Academic Affairs, Georgetown Law Centers and Institutes, Clinical Programs, Experiential Learning, Faculty Affairs, the Office of Faculty Support, the Office of Graduate and International Programs, and the Office of the Registrar.
