Roof Replacement Project

The Williams Law Library roof replacement project is underway and scheduled to last through the end of October 2025. Starting Friday, September 12, construction will begin on the foyer roof and the ground level terrace roof. Work will happen between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m, and is anticipated to be completed by Saturday, September 20. This work will generate some noise, odor, and vibrations inside while in progress. During these dates, the Williams Law Library building will close each day at 10 p.m., and the east terrace will be unavailable. Please see the Active Construction Updates page for more information.
