Facilities

The Facilities Team oversees the maintenance and operation of facilities on the Capitol Campus, including the Law Center, and also supports onsite parking operations at the Capitol Campus.

Submitting a Service Request

**DO NOT USE A SERVICE REQUEST FORM IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY – SEE “URGENT REQUESTS” BELOW**

Request Service for:

• Centers & Institutes at 500 First St.
• Hotung International Law Building at 550 First St.
• Scott K. Ginsburg Sport & Fitness Center at 550 First St.
• Bernard P. McDonough Hall at 600 New Jersey Ave. NW
• Edward Bennett Williams Law Library at 111 G. St.
• Capitol Campus Residences at 55 H St.
• McCourt School of Public Policy at 125 E St.
• Sarah & Bernard Gewirz Student Center at 120 F St.

Requesters have the option to be informed when their work ticket is accepted and completed.

URGENT REQUESTS

To report a plumbing, heating/cooling, or other urgent repair request, call 202-662-9330.
After normal business hours, please contact DPS at 202-662-9325 and ask them to contact the engineer on duty for you.
