WebEx VIDEO CONFERENCING
The Law Center now has a powerful tool for use in video conferencing, WebEx. This tool allows individuals with an Internet connection from any location to collaborate. Participants can hold audio conversations, chat via text, view live video, share documents, and much more. WebEx has been chosen as a part of the business continuity plan to provide for meetings and classes in the event of emergency closures of the Law Center. GETTING HELP VIA E-MAIL
As technology advances, many have become more comfortable with using e-mail for all their communications. Using E-Mail to receive help from the IST department is acceptable, however rather than e-mailing individual members of the staff, please use the addresses below for non-emergency requests:

helpdesk@law.georgetown.edu - General inquires and issues involving software, computer, and printer installations.

telecom@law.georgetown.edu - Requests regarding telephones and video/audio conferencing

netadmin@law.georgetown.edu - Requests regarding e-mail and network drives.

These addresses are monitored by multiple individuals and can be quickly routed to the correct person to handle the request.
