Katherine Shen
Katherine Shen is the Program Director of the #PublicDebtIsPublic initiative and a Senior Fellow of the Sovereign Debt Forum. After receiving her J.D. from Harvard Law School, she joined an international arbitration boutique where she advised on commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a range of sectors. While at Harvard, Katherine was the co-editor-in-chief of the Harvard International Law Journal and won both the national and global rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
Building on her experience in international law, Katherine is excited to lead the effort in promoting sovereign debt transparency, which operates at the critical intersection of public accountability, international law, and economic development.
