Going into its 46th iteration, Georgetown Law’s International Trade Update is the principal continuing legal education program for the trade and customs bar, held annually by Georgetown Law. We provide an annual forecast on legal and policy developments, which may feature trade remedies and customs law, trade policy, customs practice and judicial decisions, and developments in disputes and trade negotiations.

The conference is widely attended by the trade and customs bar, government officials, and in-house counsel. We seek to welcome attendees and feature speakers from key agencies and courts, including Commerce, Customs, USITC, USTR, Justice, the WTO Secretariat, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Learn the insights you need to address the most pressing issues and stand out in your practice.
