Jose De Gracia Dominguez is a foreign-trained attorney from Panama and an International Business and Economic Law LL.M. candidate at Georgetown University Law Center. Jose graduated with Honors from Universidad Catolica Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. During his law studies, he was appointed as Associate Editor to El Digesto Law Journal, developed a legislative anti-corruption initiative, and later participated as a competitor in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where he was shortlisted as one of the best speakers.

Before beginning his LL.M. at Georgetown University, Jose worked for a law firm in Panama City, where he gained relevant experience working with multinational enterprises and telecommunication companies to develop their business plans in the Latin American region and obtain the necessary licenses for importing supplies and products into Panama. He also participated in the project finance and development of Public-Private Partnerships and advised transnational companies in public bidding processes before the Panamanian State. Jose is particularly interested in international trade, investment, and the impact that corruption has on developing countries.
